Summer House’s Kory Keefer and Sam Feher recently made headlines when they announced their split after more than one year of dating. Kory, 33, addressed the breakup, stating, “Sam and I connected on so many levels but I believe we just weren’t meant for each other, and that’s the hardest truth to admit.” Despite the split, he only had “positive things to say” about their romance and referred to Sam as a “special lady” and a “beautiful, wonderful, loving woman.”
On the other hand, Sam, 26, opened up about the reasons behind the breakup during an appearance on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, revealing that she broke up with Kory because he never reciprocated her feelings. She expressed, “I had said [‘I love you’] to him and he never said it to me. He didn’t say it back when I said it to him and he then he never said it for the rest of the relationship and that was a big problem for me.” Additionally, she shared that their relationship faced challenges after his costars made moves on him during the airing of season 3 of Winter House.
The couple began dating in the summer of 2022 after filming season 7 of Summer House, but their relationship didn’t become official until April 2023. Kory had initially thought it would be a casual fling, but as they spent more time together, their relationship naturally progressed into something more serious. However, their differences and challenges ultimately led to the decision to end their relationship.
