After years of stains on his personal life, Tristan Thompson seems to be working towards a change, as he and Khloé Kardashian had a candid conversation on a recent episode of The Kardashians. During the episode, Tristan discussed the paternity scandal that led to his onscreen apology tour. He mentioned taking ownership of his mistakes and growing as a person through therapy.
Khloé, on the other hand, praised Tristan for working on himself and attempting to seek forgiveness from her family. Although she acknowledged that not everyone in the family had forgiven him for his numerous cheating scandals, she did appreciate his effort. However, Tristan’s attempt to make things right has not left everyone thrilled with him. Maralee Nichols, a model, has been giving glimpses of her and Tristan’s son on social media and filed a paternity lawsuit earlier in 2021.
Tristan also became a father with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig before moving on with Khloé. Their relationship has been riddled with public scandals, including multiple cheating incidents. Despite this, the pair expanded their family for a second time with their baby boy in July 2022 via surrogate. While Tristan has publicly apologized for his actions and expressed a desire to amicably raise his son with Maralee, he has also faced criticism from Jordan Craig’s sister Kai for not being a present parent to their son Prince.
