Kenya Moore & Marc Daly Finalize Divorce Settlement After Five Years

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly have finalized their divorce five years after their separation, with Moore receiving primary custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, and Daly agreeing to pay $2,000 per month in child support plus an additional $1,000 for a college savings account. The settlement also includes joint legal custody of their daughter, no alimony or spousal support for either party, and an agreement on the division of their Georgia home and other financial assets.

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly have finalized their divorce five years after their separation, with Moore receiving primary custody of their daughter, Daly paying child support, and both sharing joint legal custody without alimony or spousal support involved.

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly have finally turned the page on their marriage. It’s been a whole five years since they announced they were going their separate ways.

Court documents spilled the beans last Friday. According to these papers, a judge gave the thumbs up to their agreement just this week. Kenya, at 53, got primary custody of Brooklyn, their 5-year-old daughter.

But here’s the kicker: they’re sharing joint legal custody. Yeah, you heard that right. Exchanges of their daughter will happen in public spots.

Marc’s agreed to fork over $2,000 monthly for child support. Plus, an extra grand goes into a college savings account for Brooklyn. No alimony or spousal support will change hands between Moore and Daly.

Oh, and speaking of changes, have you seen who’s come and gone from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”? It’s like a revolving door over there. NeNe Leakes dipped out in season 7, only to make a comeback in 2018.

Back to Moore and Daly – the judge decided Moore gets the last word on any deals involving their daughter. They’ve even got a parenting plan that says Daly gets a say if Brooklyn’s going to be on “RHOA” or involved in any of Moore’s projects.

They also figured out what to do with their Georgia home. Daly once wanted a slice of the pie if they sold it.

But in the end, they agreed both would keep their own stuff. Real estate, equity, debts, you name it. All personal and business debts are their own to handle.

Moore dropped the divorce bomb back in September 2019. After two years of marriage, she said it was a wrap.

“It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband, Marc Daly,” Moore shared with Us Weekly. She mentioned “recent and ongoing circumstances” as the reason and said her focus was on Brooklyn, their “miracle baby.” She asked for privacy moving forward.

Life, huh? It throws curveballs. But it looks like Moore and Daly are finding their way through, one step at a time.
