Dian Fossey was born on the 16th of January, 1932. She was best known for being a Zoologist. American zoologist who studied gorilla groups in Rwanda and was an advocate against poaching. Her 1983 book, Gorillas in the Mist shed light on the mountain gorillas at Karisoke Research Center.
